Laura Santell
Voice & Piano Instructor
Laura Santell is a dedicated voice and piano instructor with a passion for encouraging each student to reach their fullest potential. She studied voice at Houston Christian University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in music, and has spent years teaching private lessons to students of all ages, skill levels, and personal goals.
Her background spans classical music, opera, musical theatre, and hymns and worship music. Laura tailors every lesson to the individual in front of her, making sure each student feels comfortable, prepared, and ready to perform. She also weaves music theory and ear training into every lesson, giving students the tools to become well-rounded musicians.
Outside the studio, Laura has performed with the Bay Area Chorus and the Houston Choral Society, appeared on the Roula and Ryan Roadshow, and sung with her church praise and worship team for many years. She has been in choir for nearly a decade and taught herself ukulele in her free time.
