Violin & Piano Instructor

Colton Weed is a composer, violinist, and pianist with a degree in Composition from the University of North Texas. With extensive experience performing in classical, jazz, and bluegrass ensembles, as well as composing and producing original music for film and video games, Colton brings a diverse and well-rounded musical perspective to his teaching.

His teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and structured learning environment where students can approach challenging material with confidence. He emphasizes breaking complex concepts into manageable steps while developing a strong foundation in music theory, technique, and musicianship.

His goal is to equip students with the skills and understanding they can carry beyond the classroom and apply throughout their musical journey.
