Carlos Forero
Violin Instructor
Carlos Forero is a dedicated violinist and aspiring music educator with a strong passion for performance, teaching, and student development. His musical journey began in the 5th grade with flute, and he has since developed extensive experience in both orchestral and mariachi violin performance.
During his time at Carver High School, Carlos performed with both the Varsity Mariachi and Chamber Orchestra programs. His dedication earned him a place in the prestigious Texas All-State Mariachi ensemble during his senior year, and he received the highest possible rating at the UIL State Solo Competition.
Carlos is currently studying music education at the University of Houston under Dr. Yon and is a member of the University of Houston Varsity Mariachi program. His lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a genuine love for music.
