Alejandro Sanmiguel
Violin & Viola Instructor
Alejandro Sanmiguel is a professional violinist, violist, and dedicated music educator with more than 10 years of experience in performance and music instruction. Originally from Valencia, Venezuela, Alejandro has performed in a wide variety of musical ensembles and settings, developing a strong background in classical performance, music theory, and orchestral musicianship.
Alejandro studied viola and violin performance at the Conservatory of Music of Carabobo, earned a Bachelor of Arts from Humboldt University, and continued his musical development through advanced violin performance studies at In Tempo Academy. He currently serves as Assistant Orchestra Music Director for Spring Branch ISD.
As a performer, Alejandro has appeared with ensembles including the Symphonic Orchestra of Carabobo and the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra, performing in concerts, operas, ballets, and musical theater productions. He also served as Principal Violist for the Conservatorium of Music Youth Orchestra in Venezuela.
